La obra ha sido presentada en instituciones de prestigio como el Archivo y Biblioteca Nacionales de Bolivia, la Casa de la Libertad junto a la Sociedad Geográfica e Historia de Sucre —la más antigua del país, con 138 años de trayectoria—, y la Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca en sus 401 años de vida, entre otros espacios académicos. Actualmente, el libro se encuentra disponible en todas las librerías y puestos de periódicos de Sucre, así como en la librería Yachaywasi de La Paz.
Con formación académica internacional (PhD en Energía por Rusia, Máster en Diplomacia en España), experiencia en investigación, y dominio de varios idiomas, el autor pone al servicio de la historia boliviana una obra que combina experticia académica, sensibilidad genealógica y un compromiso profundo con la memoria nacional.

"General Hilarión Daza Grosolei, President of the Republic of Bolivia, and the Geopolitics of the War of the Pacific" is a scientific investigation of high academic rigor that, based on primary sources and unpublished documentation, revisits the figure of the Bolivian president in one of the most momentous episodes in national and regional history.
The author—a direct descendant of General Daza—offers a critical and exhaustive analysis that combines historical study with a geopolitical perspective, providing new interpretive keys to the War of the Pacific and Bolivia's role on the international stage of the 19th century.
The work has been presented at prestigious institutions such as the National Archives and Library of Bolivia, the House of Liberty, along with the Geographical and Historical Society of Sucre—the oldest in the country, with 138 years of history—and the San Francisco Xavier University of Chuquisaca, among other academic institutions. The book is currently available in all bookstores and newsstands in Sucre, as well as in the Yachaywasi bookstore in La Paz.
