Sinopsis
"General Hilarión Daza Grosollei, Presidente de la República de Bolivia y la Geopolítica en la Guerra del Pacífico" es una investigación científica de alto rigor académico que, a partir de fuentes primarias y documentación inédita, revisita la figura del presidente boliviano en uno de los episodios más trascendentales de la historia nacional y regional.
El autor —descendiente directo del general Daza— ofrece un análisis crítico y exhaustivo que conjuga el estudio histórico con la perspectiva geopolítica, aportando nuevas claves interpretativas sobre la Guerra del Pacífico y el papel de Bolivia en el escenario internacional del siglo XIX.
La obra ha sido presentada en instituciones de prestigio como el Archivo y Biblioteca Nacionales de Bolivia, la Casa de la Libertad junto a la Sociedad Geográfica e Historia de Sucre —la más antigua del país, con 138 años de trayectoria—, y la Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca en sus 401 años de vida, entre otros espacios académicos. Actualmente, el libro se encuentra disponible en todas las librerías y puestos de periódicos de Sucre, así como en la librería Yachaywasi de La Paz.
Con formación académica internacional (PhD en Energía por Rusia, Máster en Diplomacia en España), experiencia en investigación, y dominio de varios idiomas, el autor pone al servicio de la historia boliviana una obra que combina experticia académica, sensibilidad genealógica y un compromiso profundo con la memoria nacional.

Synopsis
"General Hilarión Daza Grosolei, President of the Republic of Bolivia, and the Geopolitics of the War of the Pacific" is a scientific investigation of high academic rigor that, based on primary sources and unpublished documentation, revisits the figure of the Bolivian president in one of the most momentous episodes in national and regional history.
The author—a direct descendant of General Daza—offers a critical and exhaustive analysis that combines historical study with a geopolitical perspective, providing new interpretive keys to the War of the Pacific and Bolivia's role on the international stage of the 19th century.
The work has been presented at prestigious institutions such as the National Archives and Library of Bolivia, the House of Liberty, along with the Geographical and Historical Society of Sucre—the oldest in the country, with 138 years of history—and the San Francisco Xavier University of Chuquisaca, among other academic institutions. The book is currently available in all bookstores and newsstands in Sucre, as well as in the Yachaywasi bookstore in La Paz.
With an international academic background (PhD in Energy from Russia, a Master's in Diplomacy from Spain), research experience, and fluency in several languages, the author offers Bolivian history a work that combines academic expertise, genealogical sensitivity, and a deep commitment to national memory.

The family

 F. Alejandro Zurita C. was born in the city of Sucre Bolivia on March 30, 1989, he received a deep spiritual formation with human values ​​such as peace, love, truth, righteousness and non-violence.  With the very dedicated and disciplined instruction of his Lawyer Mother Cary Céspedes Inclán and his Engineer Father Freddy Zurita Garcia, I cultivate responsibility and discipline, humility and respect for others.  He was an altar boy from 6 to 13 years old in the church of Santo Domingo, then he was part of several spiritual groups dedicated to serving and helping the most needy and unprotected.

Academic training

 He has 2 younger brothers, Dr. Andres Zurita C. with a double specialty in the best Universities in Russia and Agustin Zurita, a law student and a fan of singing, likewise the 3 left high school graduates from the Johann Henrich Pestalozzi school with a bilingual German and English training.

 It is thanks to the disciplined formation of the Pestalozzi school, one of the best in the country, that in 2004 it won the departmental mathematics contest organized by the USFX State University with an outstanding score of 94.7%, with recognition from the authorities of the State University and the press.  local as witnesses of the events, which classified him to participate in the national competition achieving a 4 place. In 2005 and 2006 he continued obtaining several recognitions in mathematics and physics Olympics.

 

In February 2007 he entered the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca State University;  In her course, she formed several student leadership groups in student centers promoting academic progress and its renewal and well-being of the students and the university system.

 2012 concludes his studies of the Italian language.

 He obtained his title in National provision in June 2014, in August of the same year he was a visiting professor at the Bolivian University of Informatica, in December 2015 he began his preparatory studies of the Russian language at the Belgorod State University with outstanding qualifications, in July of  2016 apply for the entrance exam to the State University of Gas and Oil obtaining 82% of score in oral written and practical evaluations all in Russian language, surpassing many native Russians and foreigners.

 In December 2016 he obtained a master's degree in Oil and Gas Geosciences from Edinburgh-Scotland in the United Kingdom, passing the respective entrance exams with 6.5 IELTS and 96% qualification in the English language, an essential requirement for master's degrees.  In master's degrees from Moscow and the United Kingdom, he was awarded a doctorate in oil and gas geophysics at the only State Petroleum University in Moscow Russia in July 2018, as of March 2021 he is carrying out research projects of the  PhD.

 In 2014 he created the construction company Zuriwinay Srl in the city of Sucre, applying his knowledge in Civil Engineering teams.

 In 2018 he created the Zurita Alpaca firm with the aim of promoting Bolivian indigenous indigenous culture in Europe and Asia

 In 2020 it establishes ZURITCH, with a solid virtual platform www.zuritch.eu, taking advantage of the diplomatic relations made with Russian and Latin American authorities in the academic, political and business sectors, with the aim of solidifying investment projects and social aid in unprotected sectors,  with presence in Italy, Spain, China, and various Latin American and African countries.

La Familia

F. Alejandro Zurita C. nació en la ciudad de Sucre Bolivia el 30 de marzo de 1989,  recibió una profunda formación espiritual con valores humanos como paz  amor verdad rectitud y no violencia. Con la muy dedicada instrucción disciplinada de su Madre  abogada Cary Céspedes Inclan y su Padre Ingeniero Freddy Zurita Garcia, cultivo la responsabilidad y disciplina la humildad y el respeto por el prójimo. Fue monaguillo desde los 6 a los 13 años  en la iglesia de Santo Domingo,luego formo parte de varios grupos espirituales dedicados  al servicio y ayuda a los mas necesitados y desprotegidos.

Formación Académica 

Tiene 2 hermanos menores  el Dr, Andres Zurita C. con doble especialidad en las mejores Universidades de Rusia y Agustin Zurita estudiante de Derecho y aficionado al canto, asi mismo los 3 salieron bachilleres del colegio Johann Henrich Pestalozzi con una formación bilingüe aleman e ingles.

Es gracias a la disciplinada formación del colegio Pestalozzi uno de los mejores del pais, que el 2004 gano el concurso departamental de matemáticas organizado por la Universidad Estatal USFX con una sobresaliente calificación 94.7 %,con reconocimientos de las autoridades de la Universidad Estatal y la prensa local como testigos de los eventos, lo que lo clasifico para participar de la competencia nacional logrando un 4 lugar.. El 2005 y el 2006 continuo obteniendo varios reconocimientos en olimpiadas de matemáticas y física.

En febrero del 2007 ingreso a la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil de la  Universidad Estatal San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca; en su transcurso formo varios grupos de liderazgo estudiantiles en centros de estudiantes  impulsando el progreso  académico y su renovación  y bienestar de los estudiantes y el sistema universitario.

2012 concluye sus estudios del idioma italiano.

obtiene su título en provision Nacional en junio del 2014,en agosto del mismo año es  docente invitado por la Universidad Boliviana de Informatica,en diciembre del 2015 comienza sus estudios preparatorios del idioma ruso en la Universidad Estatal de Belgorod con calificaciones sobresalientes,en julio del 2016 postula al examen de ingreso a la  Universidad Estatal de Gas y Petroleo obteniendo 82% de calificación en evaluaciones orales escritas y practicas todo en idioma ruso, superando a muchos nativos rusos postulantes y extranjeros.

en Diciembre del 2016 postula a la maestría en Geociencias del petroleo y gas de Edimburgh -Escocia del Reino Unido,aprobando los respectivos exámenes de ingreso con 6.5 IELTS un 96% de calificación en el idioma ingles,requisito indispensable para las maestrias.La doble titulación en maestrias de Moscú y Reino Unido lo hicieron acreedor al ingreso al doctorado en geofísica del petroleo y gas en la unica Universidad Estatal de petroleo en Moscú Rusia en julio del año 2018

al día de hoy marzo 2022 se encuentra realizando proyectos de investigación propias del PhD.

En 2020 forma parte como miembro de la asociación de profesionales de la federación Rusa,y miembro de la asociación de profesores de enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras en Rusia.

En septiembre del 2020 postula a la maestría en Diplomacia y Relaciones internacionales en la Universidad de Madrid España, concluyendo con la defensa de tesis: "Diplomacia y Relaciones internacionales en el sector energético en un mundo múltipolarizado" y reconocimientos del plantel docente con una calificación total obtenida en la maestría de 94/100 puntos.

Emprendimientos y Proyectos 

En 2014 crea  la empresa constructora Zuriwiñay Srl en la ciudad de sucre, aplicando sus conocimientos en equipos de Ingeniería Civil.

En 2018  crea la firma Zurita Alpaca con el animo de impulsar la cultura nativa indigena boliviana en europa y Asia

En 2020  establece ZURITCH, con una sólida plataforma virtual www.zuritch.eu, aprovechando las relaciones diplomáticas hechas con autoridades Rusas y latinoamericanas en el sector académico ,politico y empresarial, con el objetivo de solidificar proyectos de inversion y ayuda social en  sectores desprotegidos, con presencia en Italia,España, China, y diversos países latinoamericanos y africanos.
